Wedding: Renee+Steve - Elegance {Toronto Wedding Photographer}

el·e·gance [el-i-guhns] - something elegant; a refinement

By the time we arrived they were just turning on the lights and arranging some of the flower arrangements and one single figure was busy lifting chairs and carting away other equipment around the church.  Steve turned to his name and immediately a smile came over his face as if to say "the photographers are here" which can now be removed off his mental checklist.

We did a few test shots before he quickly left to change into his tux.  No doubt the last action item on the checklist before he says "I do".  When Renee arrived, the look from her father said it all..."here before me is my princess".  After a small prayer they were prepared to walk down the isle where one was patiently waiting for the women he loves, the other carefully waiting to greet her future husband and the other proudly displaying his love for his elegant daughter as he was about to give away his princess.

Lisa+Shawn: Intimate {Toronto Wedding Photographer}

Over 3 years ago Shawn, a teacher, made a visit to Lisa's school, also a teacher, to coach a tournament and found he was greatly impacted by Lisa's charm and grace more so than the outcome of the game.  So Shawn did what most any man would do when they discover their future wife, he found any excuse to visit Lisa's school if only to get a glimpse and hopefully strike up a conversation with her.  Shawn soon realized visiting the school lead to great comical but mostly personal and intimate conversations with Lisa.   

Life is seldom that simple where 2 teachers just having great conversations in a classroom after school would lead to a great friendship and eventually strong feelings for each other.  But in this case maybe it is, as Lisa answered yes to Shawn's proposal a year later.
